Sales/Marketing Assistant

Key responsibilities include –

• To provide administrative assistance to the Sales/Marketing Manager
• To provide customer account administration
• To assist with sales analysis
• To support the sales team with enquiries and the needs of customers
• To assist with all aspects of marketing for the business

The ability to use Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word is essential. Knowledge of any of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn is beneficial.

Buying Assistant

Key responsibilities include –

• To provide support to the Commercial Manager
• To assist with forecasting seasonal requirements and analysing sales
• To assist with the buying process of bulbs & other related products
• To assist with the issuing of packing work according to requirements

The successful candidate needs to be numerate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a fine eye for detail.

The ideal candidates for both positions must be positive, flexible, willing to learn new skills and enjoy working closely with others. Flexibility to assist in anyway required and to learn new skills is paramount. We offer a rewarding working environment and package to suit.
